From the moment you enter through the beautiful wrought iron gates you know you are in for a memorable experience. As you make the first turn around Turtle Lake you view the lush and lavishly landscaped five acres that began decades ago as a plant nursery.

Upon entering the 14,000 square foot main Museum Building you are immediately wowed by your surroundings as you step back in time and take in the exquisite and carefully curated collection of Brass Era automobiles. With your smart phone you can take a self-guided interactive tour showing the progression of industry and innovation. Festoon and spotlights illuminate award winning steam, electric and gas-powered cars as you imagine what it would have been like to drive these priceless treasures.

You and your guests will create indelible memories during a unique event surrounded by what is being heralded as “One of the preeminent collections in the country”. Be one of the first to host an event in this hidden gem of Pinellas County filled with history and beauty.

Your private event experience includes the following:

Four-hour event with exclusive rental of the museum, including 14,000 square feet of air-conditioned, hangar style space surrounded by antique cars dating back to 1886.

We will provide access to the building two hours prior to your event for vendors.

Six-foot round tables

Black, padded folding chairs, set in place by The Collection on Palmetto staff.

Black and white checkered dance floor and intelligent lighting to enhance ambiance and guest experience.

DJ services provided by Everlasting Sounds (www.everlastingsounds.com).

Cleaning fee

Complimentary valet parking for all guests by Courtesy Valet Services, Inc.

Off-duty police officer security detail, provided for the duration of your event.

“Day Of” coordinator, Jodi Leichman, who handles your timeline and vendors.
