Our Mission

The Collection on Palmetto Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation created to increase the awareness and understanding on the part of adults and children, of the amazing progress in factory power, field power, and automotive transportation, which occurred during the early part of the 20th century.

There are three easy steps to become a museum volunteer!

STEP ONE

Contact the museum to find out about volunteer opportunities.

STEP TWO

Apply to become a museum volunteer.

We will ask you to provide some basic information so that we can get to know you better.

STEP THREE

Attend the training for your volunteer position and start making a difference at The Collection on Palmetto!

Annual Pass

$50

Purchase an annual family pass for $50. Your annual pass includes museum admission and train rides, 50% discount for your non-family guests who visit on the same day as you, a Gift Stop discount of 10%, and advance notice of events like our Speaker Series presentations.
