The 1925 Stanley SV (Steam Vehicle) condensing car has finally returned to The Collection on Palmetto. Our only example of an enclosed car (sedan), the SV is sure sitting pretty with two-toned green paint, mohair upholstery and gleaming nickel. Silk window shades provide privacy, and look at those white walls.

On loan from the Florida Aviation Historical Society, a 1/3 scale 1914 Benoist model. The Benoist was the first commercial airliner, an air boat piloted by Tony Jannus across Tampa Bay. It took off from the water and landed on the water, transporting passengers and goods such as bacon and flowers. Who knew?
